JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The incumbent will ensure that preparation and serving of tea, coffee, cold drinks, and other refreshments are provided as per the requirements. The incumbent will also ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the pantry, manages pantry items and ensure replenishment of refreshment materials on time.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend any queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Prepare and serve the beverages very hygienically.
- Maintain the kitchen / pantry kept clean all the times.
- Maintain the stock of necessary refreshment material and properly store under his custody.
- Provide the information, greeting persons entering the organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
- Assists the administrative staff for any office duties.
- Distribute couriers or parcels among employees.
QUALIFICIATON

- Secondary education.
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
-
- Basic knowledge of the computer operation.
- Basic office skills.
- Able to use photocopiers, scanners, lamination machines and other office equipment.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two (2) years in similar field and an administrative or clerical activity is an added advantage.
