Celebrating our duserve role models who contained a night-time fire incident with absolute precision! Twenty-two of them, led by Manager Guna, quickly took control of the situation. Called the emergency services, evacuated 400+ tenants in no time and with not a single injury, and then stayed until almost 4am to tidy up and clean the building affected by debris and water. The same team was back on duty a few hours later for the next working day shift – no pressure applied, simple and admirable inherent motivation to provide their customers with a safe and pleasant environment. We are deeply proud of our team and rewarding their hard effort and dedication, so that they know it matters. At the same time, more of their colleagues are inspired to be like them, role models offering “Customer delight” through “Work together” as per our WECARE Mission. Well done duserve role models!
